My mother instilled in me from an early age an absolute love for fresh food. Unfortunately starting in my early twenties, I took that love pretty far in the wrong direction, away from fresh and into overly processed and sugar-saturated foods and now, in my forties, am slowly making my way back into the world of fresh, whole food.
Iām mom to a son and two pups, Elbie and Lila. We recently made the Greater St. Louis area our home and this is where life started over; where I chose to share with you my creations and how cooking has given me a bit of daily peace.
